Do you want to be a chaperone on your child’s upcoming field trip? First fill out the Volunteer Application below. Then please read the following message from the district about getting fingerprinted:

LEVEL 1 CLEARANCE is required for ALL volunteers interacting with students in a supervised environment, such as: Classrooms, Cafeteria, and Media Center. You must be supervised at all times by a school staff member. LEVEL 2 CLEARANCE is required for volunteers interacting with students in an unsupervised environment, such as: Field Trip Chaperones (fingerprinting forms will be given to you by your child’s school) and Mentors (mentors will be invited to mentor training and be fingerprinted during a mentor training session). Level 2 CLEARANCE requires that all volunteers undergo fingerprinting. Please note: All volunteers are required to complete the volunteer application.
